Gai and Jon’s House
Built on a tiny block by the sea, this house incorporates an older family shack within its walls. Internal masonry provides thermal mass which acts a heat bank in winter, and a louvred pergola stops the house overheating in the summer.
Sonia and Fua’s House
This solar passive family home, situated on a steep block, features an internal wall to store and distribute solar energy. With uPVC windows and high levels of insulation, it is proving to be a very comfortable home to live in.
Mike and Miriam’s House
Presently under construction, this bespoke home features double glazed timber windows, convict stone and brick walls, recycled doors and beams, and will be finished in lime renders and washes. Sustainably designed and built, it is a home simply full of character.
Ted and Elizabeth’s Renovation
Ted and Elizabeth were keen for us to “restore” and not “rebuild” this heritage listed home. As well as a whole house renovation, we also added a beautifully detailed sun room, bedroom and bathroom.
Andy and Pam’s Extension
Unloved and empty since the 80’s, this old pub was a challenging renovation. As well as a whole house restoration, we added a recycled Oregon and Celery Top kitchen, stone tiled bathroom and retrofitted the home with insulation.
